Duarte Elite Flag Football is a youth flag football league operated by a nonprofit athletic club, designed to develop young athletes on and off the field. We offer a structured, year-round program focused on skill-building, character development, and community connection.

Our league operates in four seasonal blocksâFall, Winter, Spring, and Summerâso players stay active and continue growing all year long.

Players are grouped by age and ability. They can move up through performance and development, keeping competition challenging and rewarding.

We go beyond the game with training in leadership, teamwork, fitness, and emotional resilience. Players grow as athletes and as individuals.
â Mentorship & Coaching Pipeline
Our coaches are trained mentors, including older youth and local leaders. We build a pipeline of future coaches from within our community.
â Access for All
We offer scholarships, transportation assistance, and provide equipment to make sure every child can participateâregardless of their family's income.
