What is Young Brother Big City?

 

Young Brother Big City (YBBC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth development club committed to nurturing children socially, intellectually, and athletically. Founded in 2022, our mission is to create a positive and inclusive space for youth ages 3 and up, where character is built, talents are developed, and lifelong values are instilled. Our goal is to help children grow into confident, capable individuals who are prepared to lead and serve in their own unique ways.

At YBBC, we offer a diverse range of enrichment activities that support the whole child. From social development programs that build interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, to academic engagement and leadership-building opportunities, we provide a strong foundation for success in school, in sports, and in life.

Athletic development is a key pillar of our mission. We offer specialized training in soccer, basketball, swimming, and more—giving young athletes the tools to sharpen their skills, improve fitness, and grow through discipline and teamwork. Just as importantly, we emphasize sportsmanship, mentorship, and community, creating a supportive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued.

YBBC is also proud to be home to Duarte Elite NFL Flag Football Academy—a year-round flag football program building champions on and off the field. We are actively expanding into organized soccer and basketball leagues, offering even more structured, competitive, and mentorship-driven sports opportunities for youth in our communities.

To further support families, we’ve launched Level Up Youth – A Concierge Service of Young Brother Big City. This premium service is designed for busy parents who want their children to stay active, engaged, and growing—without the time or stress of finding and managing quality programs. Whether it’s local sports leagues, dance classes, STEM clubs, or creative arts, Level Up Youth provides:
