Duarte Elite Flag Football – Academy & NFL FLAG League
The Duarte Elite Flag Football Academy and our official NFL FLAG League work hand-in-hand to give youth athletes the best possible introduction and pathway in the game of football—taught in a safe, non-contact format.
Our Academy focuses on skill development, teaching the fundamentals of football while building teamwork, discipline, and confidence in a positive, encouraging environment. Through training sessions and organized scrimmages, players sharpen their abilities, learn game concepts, and gain valuable on-field experience. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or already plays, we provide a structured, fun way to grow as an athlete.
Players in the Academy also have the chance to take the next step by joining the Duarte Elite NFL FLAG League. As part of the largest youth flag football program in the country, league participants can compete locally and earn opportunities to play in regional NFL FLAG tournaments, as well as other major events like HARD COUNT competitions.

Duarte Elite x Pluto Athletics
We’re excited to share two upcoming opportunities for our athletes through our partner organization, PLUTO Athletics, as we continue building competitive pathways for our athletes.
Duarte Elite Flag Football and PLUTO Athletics will be working together to develop tournament teams, and we strongly encourage interested athletes to participate. These events are a great way to assess where each athlete is skill-wise while competing alongside peers from across the area.
Training Opportunities
When: Tuesdays 6:15pm - 7:45pm (Beginning March 10)

Who: Youth athletes looking to improve their football fundamentals and game knowledge
Our experienced coaches will lead athletes through skill-building drills, position-specific training, and competitive flag football scrimmages to help each player grow their game.
